The Franklin County Community Corrections Department didn’t quite meet the goals they set for the department this year; however, they did set a goal to provide more incentives for positive behavior. Director Dustin Browning goes over some of those incentives, ideally four times as many incentives as sanctions, and more than just the verbal thank you’s and such:
