A proposed duplex project at 901 South Cherry has been given the go-ahead. The project developer requested an ordinance for a planned unit development which eventually could see the construction of duplexes, up to 30 homes. Ottawa Mayor Mike Skidmore was pleased with what he saw:
The project was previously recommended for approval by the Ottawa Planning Commission.
