A total of three Ottawa High School graduates were inducted last night , September 26th, at the annual Wall of Honor Ceremony. One honoree was Gary Brockus who graduated in 1974. He worked for many years at AT&T. He says the most impactful thing in his life were three mission trips to an orphanage in Mexico. A photograph of a child puts things into perspective:
The other graduates were Trent Lancaster who graduated in 1985; and Chris Wasser who graduated in 2001. Wasser joined the military and was killed in Iraq in 2004.
