The Ottawa City Commission meets tomorrow night and have several items on the agenda. Next week is Fire Prevention Week, the longest running public health and safety observance in United States history. The commission will recognize the prevention efforts. City Manager Brian Silcott:
Other items on the agenda include a proposed vacation of easement at 1015 South Cherry and the end of the wastewater treatment plant monthly surcharge and one tenth cent sales tax, due to expire at sunset today. The meeting is at 7:00 tomorrow night and it will be live streamed on the City of Ottawa’s facebook page and youtube channel.
