The Neighborhood Revitalization Program seems to be doing its job. The Ottawa School District is one of several agencies that approves projects. Ottawa USD 290 School Superintendent, Dr. Ryan Cobbs, says there is a positive change in Ottawa.
The program is an incentive for people to remodel or to build new homes, and to get rid of blighted structures.
