Friday night, October 18th, just after 8:00, Osage County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residential alarm in the 30500 block of South Stubbs Road, near Quenemo. Upon arriving, it was discovered that the residence had been burglarized. Information was gathered from a neighbor, the homeowner, and surveillance cameras that revealed a suspect and a vehicle description.
Saturday, October 19th,a deputy patrolling Quenemo located a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle used in the burglary. Deputies contacted 44 year-old Travis King at a residence in the 100 block of South 8th street in Quenemo. A search warrant for King’s residence was executed, revealing items taken from the burglary on Stubbs road. All items were recovered. King was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail facility on suspicion of burglary and criminal damage to property.
