The Ottawa City Commission is considering adopting new regulations for massage establishments to insure they are legitimate. During the commission regular meeting, massage therapist Becki Sisler said the city may be attacking a problem that doesn’t exist:
The commission decided to delay consideration of the measure for a couple of weeks so more study can be done on the matter.
