The renovation of Old 50 highway, for all practical purposes, has wrapped up. Franklin County Public Works Director Jeff Welton gave the latest update to the County Commission:
Renovating Old 50 highway this year was the top priority, fulfilling a much needed project that’s been needed for many years.
