The Franklin County Emergency Medical Services gave a periodic update to the Franklin County Commission. EMS Chief Christi Hilliker explained the meaning of one category her agency responds to….a legal blood draw.
Hilliker says any actual blood draw has to be done by qualified EMS personnel on behalf of law enforcement.
