Franklin County is aspiring to improve its roads. In fact, improve roads to a much higher and more long-lasting quality standard. During the regular County Commission meeting, County Administrator Derek Brown and Commission Chair Colt Waymire discussed the possibility of better roads:
The county has long wanted to upgrade the roads to a higher quality standard, but funding has always been a problem and it still remains a formidable obstacle to overcome.
