The Ottawa School District has created a Foundation Board that will help facilitate large-scale fundraiser projects. School Superintendent, Dr. Ryan Cobbs, says one example might be the Rose Parade:
Cobbs says the Foundation Board was actually approved by the School Board a number of years ago but has largely remained inactive until now.
