A new policy greeted USD 290 students as they returned from Christmas Break. If students in the Ottawa School District want to participate in a fundraiser, there will be a few rules to follow. During a recent Ottawa School Board Meeting, school Superintendent, Dr. Ryan Cobbs, emphasized one important principle:
