The Ottawa City Commission has approved a service agreement with a consulting firm for the rehabilitation of a taxiway at the Ottawa Airport. City Manager Brian Silcott says at first the taxiway was to be repaved, but it looks like more work needs to be done:
City officials say recent changes may actually benefit the city even more, with the federal government paying 95% of the project, and leaving the city to pay only 5%.
