A proposed solar farm at 3800 Montana Road and what it might do to drinking water were among some hot topics discussed during a regular meeting of the Franklin County Planning Commission. Jason Edwards is the owner of the project, and at one point he responded to a question of whether broken solar panels might leech into the water supply:
That is one of many questions that the Planning Commission wants answers to, so the Commission plans to take up the solar farm at a Study Session and a future regular meeting……..the delay is to give Edwards time to get some answers to some concerns expressed by commission members.
