The first of four scheduled Legislative Coffees was held in Ottawa Saturday, January 18th. Three legislators were in attendance. Fifty ninth District Representative Rebecca Schmoe, Senator Caryn Tyson, Senator Rick Kloos, and District 5 Representative, Carrie Barth. Governor Kelly released her budget for the upcoming year and Senator Tyson says it was more complete than budgets issued by Kelly in past years:
