Earlier this month, long time Franklin County 3rd District Commissioner, Roy Dunn, passed the torch to a new commissioner. Dunn attended his last commission meeting, as he is retiring. Dunn says there have been many memorable projects the county has completed during his time as commissioner, but some of the most important are road projects:
