The Ottawa City Commission reviewed a list of vacant residential land in the city at a recent meeting. Neighborhood and Community Services Director Lucas Neece gave some details:
Neece says various factors may not allow all parcels to be inhabited, but the list is simply a general summary of parcels that are vacant and could available.
