Officer Larabe Alexander of the Ottawa Police Department will be doing his duties overseas as part of the Kansas Law Enforcement Torch Run benefiting Special Olympics. During a recognition of Alexander as a recipient of the Richard Lamunyon Hall of Fame Award for his work, Alexander told about an upcoming trip:
The 2025 World Winter Special Olympics will be held in Turin, Italy from March 8th to the 15th.
