
The stress Americans are and have been under the past year has been extraordinary. We don’t have to go through all the reasons why, we’ve heard them all before. Finding a way to manage that stress and anxiety is key in getting through it healthy. One very big aspect is sleep. While some people believe we can get by on five hours, or so, of sleep a night, Frontier Extension District Director, Rebecca McFarland says — not true:
Another good way to handle stress correctly is to eat right. Cut out the snacks and sweets and concentrate on eating the foods you know are good for you.
