Since 1968, Special Olympics has served as the largest sports organization for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. By providing year round training and activities to over 5 million participants in 172 countries. The World Special Olympics will be held in Turin Italy soon and an Ottawa police officer is going to be a big part of it. Ottawa Police Chief Adam Weingartner talks about Master Officer Larabe Alexander, who is deeply involved in Special Olympics:
