According to many health studies, without enough sleep, you run the risk of developing heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.

Studies show that consuming tart cherry juice may lead to elevated levels of melatonin in the body, potentially promoting more restful sleep. So, if you struggle to doze off every time your head hits the pillow, consider chugging down a glass of cherry juice every night before bed. Cherry juice can help add an average of 84 minutes of pillow time to your sleep cycle and put off the diseases caused by lack of sleep.
