The Ottawa City Commission will meet tomorrow night, February 5th. Not a lot on the agenda, but, that can be deceiving. City Manager Brian Silcott say there will be a lot of discussion about strategic documents for city departments. It will lay the foundation of the budget process and the infrastructure of each plan, some that have a 10 to 20 year duration. He explains:
