Franklin County is selling the former Crestview Nursing Home Facility on West 7th Street. That sale is coming up quickly. The final pre auction open inspection of the property will be held tomorrow, February 5th, from 9:00 to 1:00, by appointment only. According to County Administrator Derek Brown, there are some special terms in the notice:
The Historical Society uses the building to store many of their artifacts. The building is environmentally controlled to protect the artifacts. The new owner will lease the building to them for only $120 annually. According to the public notice, the sale will be conducted one week from today, February 11th at 11:00 in the morning.
