When you’re looking for grant money from the Federal Government…it’s not easy to come by right now, but Franklin County Development Council Director Paul Bean says he is still working hard to find grant money for area projects, despite the potential for delays as the Trump Administration examines all areas of federal spending. He told Franklin County Commissioners about some specific projects for communities with populations under 5,000:
