Last week, Franklin County held a final showing of the former Crestview Nursing Home property, getting ready for an auction of the property tomorrow. Franklin County Administrator, Derek Brown, says there are a couple of conditions placed on the property after the sale:
The purchaser of the building will be required to rent the building to the Historical Society for a minimal $125a year. That will give the county time to figure out where they want to move the artifacts. The sale of Crestview will be held tomorrow morning, February 11th, at 11:00.
