Spring break for area students is coming up much quicker than man people thing. What? you say… what am I going to do with the kids, what am I going to feed them? No fear, the Franklin County Local Interagency Coordinating Council, has you more than covered. They will be offering a multitude of activities, programs and meal options the entire week of Spring Break, including weekends.
It all starts a week from Saturday, March 15th, when Spring Break kicks off with the McGruff Club, sponsored by the Ottawa Police Foundation. Then on Monday, the 17th, a full day of activities for kids of all ages, most of which are free. What a deal. You can catch a preview of activities planned for the week on the City of Ottawa’s facebook page and more are expected to be added.
