A Pomona man was arrested for possession of meth on Saturday. Osage County Sheriff, Chris Wells, says that an Osage County Sheriff’s office K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at US-56 and K-31 Junction, near Osage City, for a traffic violation Saturday afternoon, March 8th, just before 3:30. During that stop, the K-9 detected narcotics and a subsequent search of the vehicle confirmed that, as narcotics were located.
Forty year-old Jacob Stephenson was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving on a revoked license, no proof of insurance and illegal registration.
