The Franklin County Public Works Department is getting some new dump trucks. Actually, their entire fleet is being replaced. Public Works Director, Jeff Welton, talks about some of the benefits of the trucks:
Welton added that the trucks were ordered last year, but due to some production issues, the County Commission agreed to purchase all the trucks this year. He also says crews are working feverishly to get the roads back in shape and filling and repairing potholes.
