The City of Ottawa is looking for some good people to fill some open board positions. Applications are being accepted for two openings on the Accessibility Advisory Board, two openings on the Board of Zoning Appeals…one within the city of Ottawa and another outside the city limits. Also, two openings on the Construction Board of Appeals. One for an electrician, the other for HVAC. One requirement is that you must work in the city limits. Also available, a position on the library board and two openings on the Planning Commission.

The City of Ottawa relies on citizens who want to serve to help plan policy for the citizens and ensure that the rights of the people are respected and the needs for everyone are met.
