The City of Ottawa has approved the infrastructure improvements on 23rd Street as part of the development of the Victory Auto dealerships, Planning and Zoning Director, Lucas Neese:
The Victory Dealership is in the process of expanding and will include a Chevy dealership adjacent to the other dealership in the property. There is no timeline on completion of that project.
