With Federal appropriation of grants kind of being on hold right now as the Trump Administration works to straighten out some policies, Franklin County Development Council Director, Paul Bean says despite some possible delays, he has submitted some grant proposals to Representative Sharice Davids office for consideration, along with some state grants:
He adds that that even though the Grant System at the Federal level is slowed right now, he continues to submit applications so when it does pick up, they will be ready.
