Juvenile detention. Not something any parent, or kid for that matter, wants to get involved with. Fourth Judicial District Community Corrections Director, Dustin Browning, gave a review of the juvenile program to Franklin County Commissioners yesterday, March 31st. He says the district had a success rate of 63.4% in 2024 and this year they are aiming higher.

Browning was giving the commissioners an update on the Corrections Department and an overview of a grant for over $740,000 from the Kansas Department of Corrections.
