In time, we all will need the services of a cemetery. Going to the cemetery office and choosing where to bury your loved one can be a very traumatic time for many people. It was noted at the Ottawa City Commission meeting that the cemetery office might not be the most welcoming place for customers to come into. Commissioner Sarah Caylor offered her thoughts:
