It’s time to pay your utility bill to the City of Ottawa. So, you go online and pull up the city’s mobile website, try to log in and bam! It doesn’t work. You try again, no luck. One more time, you’ve got this, right? Nope. Hmmm, they don’t want your money? Mmmm…incorrect. The City of Ottawa has acknowledged that they have receive numerous reports from customers experiencing issues when trying to pay bills using their mobile website. They have contracted the vendor for support and will update the public as soon as they have more information.
In the meantime, when you go to pay your bill, they ask that you use the desktop version of the payment website, as it appears to be functioning normally. They ask for your patience as they work out the issue with the vendor.
