If you have been waiting to see construction of a new bridge on Texas Road, you’ll have to wait a bit longer. Franklin County is set on replacing the bridge, but Public Works Director Jeff Welton says they can’t find the right contractor:
Welton added that the ste inspectors had told him the bridge can handle the extra traffic for now, and if the county waited a few months, more contractors would become available.
