If you live in the city of Wellsville, don’t forget to start cleaning out your closets, garages, back yard, or junk from under the deck today and tomorrow. Starting Wednesday, April 16th, will be City Wide Clean Up Days in Wellsville. Beginning Wednesday, the city will have large roll off dumpsters available at the Public Works Department parking lot at 730 South Main Street.
There are some restricted items that are not accepted, such as boats…can you put a boat in a dumpster? Anyway…no boats, tires, oil, gas tanks, burned trash residue, liquids and household hazardous waste, such as paint, batteries and chemicals. Take advantage of this great opportunity to clean up the community and get all your former treasures, that are now trash, down to the Public Works Department in Wellsville Wednesday through Saturday, toss it in the dumpster and let the city get rid of it for you.
