Fire crews and first responders were called to the scene of a blaze at 4147 Ellis Terrace, Tuesday afternoon, April 15th, just after 2:30. A call came into dispatch stating that there was a barn on fire in that location.
Firefighters from several different rural agencies responded to the structure fire. The owner of the barn, 54-year-old Brian Asbury made the 9-1-1 call. Despite extensive efforts by many firefighters on scene, the barn was destroyed and considered to be a total loss. No dollar estimate was given. Fortunately there were no injuries reported in the incident.
