Ever wonder what candy is most popular at Easter. According to a recent survey, the most popular, far and away, is Reese’s peanut butter eggs. It has sold more than any other candy in 33 states. Next, a surprise… Kinder chocolate candy eggs, next Starburst jelly beans, followed by Cadbury crème eggs, and Hershey’s milk chocolate candy eggs and a mix of chocolate bars was next. Wait a minute…what about peeps? They didn’t even make the top 10, and, personally, I understand.
If you are planning on buying eggs for Easter…be ready to pay even more for them. Egg prices are up across the nation as another round of bird flu has struck some major egg laying operations.
