The results of a recent Franklin County Housing study are in and one thing it revealed was that Ottawa was going to need about 400 new houses in the next several years. Housing at all levels of income is needed. One way to open up more housing is for people wanting to move up, to have something to move up to, whether that be from rental to owning a home, or moving from a modest home to a more expensive home.
