The Franklin County Sheriff’s office is mourning the loss of one of it’s retired canine officers. The sheriff’s department announce the passing of retired K9, Quanto. Quanto served Franklin County and the surrounding area for many years, providing excellent work. The stories of his service to the community will live on for years.
