We all know that Franklin County needs a lot of new housing, and Franklin County Development Council Director, Paul Bean, knows the importance of attracting contractors to the area to build new housing of all sorts. He says he has had a busy week with home builders:
Bean says one of those contractors is looking into building a multi-story apartment building in Ottawa, while another may be focused on senior housing, while another is interested in building homes targeted toward upper income families.
