The Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce held a Chamber Coffee this morning at Country Financial at 215 South Main Street. Ottawa native, Steve Savage, who started the business in Overland Park, has decided it’s time to get back to his roots and is bringing his business home to the community where he grew up.
The coffee and ribbon cutting was pretty cool, but …that’s not all Savage is doing for the community. He will be hosting a free cookout starting at 5:00 this afternoon, May 30th. There will be burgers, brats and hot dogs, all free to the community. Also a raffle featuring a Yeti Tundra, free admission to a movie at the Plaza Theatre for the first 50 people that sign up for a financial quote.
