Ottawa High School has announced the 2025 Wall Of Honor inductees…three very distinguished alum of Ottawa High School. First, from the Class of 1950, Richard, “Dick” Martin, who had an incredible coaching career in football and as an athletic director at various schools.
Next, Class of 1964, Craig Davis, who had an amazing career in law enforcement, including a stint as the Franklin County Sheriff. And finally, Class of 1974, Doug Nickelson, who had an extensive career in the military with 17 honors, including 2 bronze stars in Iraqi Freedom.
These distinguished Cyclone Alumni will be honored at a ceremony in the OHS Performing Arts Center on September 18th, and recognized during halftime of the Cyclone football game on September 19th. The ceremony is free and open to the public. Additional information about each inductee will be shared in the coming months. Induction into the Wall of Honor is the highest honor granted to an OHS graduate. Congratulations to all the inductees and their families!
