The upcoming election will have six candidates running for three positions on the Ottawa City Commission and four people vying for three school board positions in the USD 290 School District. Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs says he will be working with all four:
The other candidate for USD 290 is Jordan Lichtenauer. For the Ottawa City Commission, current commissioners Emily Graves and Mike Skidmore have filed for reelection. Three newcomers on the ballot: Gary Harris, Brian Kane and Tim VanLeiden.
