Depending on your definition of homeless, it’s estimated that there are between 75 and 200 homeless in the Ottawa area, maybe more. One thing obviously in need is more housing of all kinds. Blessing Box Director, Julie Riggins, says there is a great need for a specific type of housing in Ottawa:
