The Franklin County Commission will meet this morning with a full agenda. First, the commission will appoint one person to the Ransom Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees. They will consider a cost-of-living adjustment for county employees and then review the 1st quarter ambulance reports and consider approval of the adjustments and collections reports. Another item of interest is the purchase of three replacement patrol vehicles with all the necessary equipment.

Moving on, they will consider an agreement with Tim Sloan to serve as County Surveyor and go over a rezoning request and discuss local environmental protection program grant requests from two citizens to repair failed septic systems in the county.

Finally, the commissioners will consider a disaster declaration related to the June 3rd storms and flooding. The meeting will be held at 8:30 at the County Annex and will be live streamed on the Franklin County Kansas youtube channel
