One of the organizations asking for city funding next year is Hope House. In their request for just over $9,000, Hope House outlined exactly what they are going to use the money for….food, packed with protein for Ottawa families they serve. Commissioner Mike Skidmore and Zach Clayton:
All the commissioners agreed to provide the funding Hope House asked for. Hope House director Michelle Graf is our guest this week on Community Perspective, talking about all the services they provide, from food, clothing, household and much more. She says Hope House is for everyone, anyone needing help, regardless of income. They are located on 17th street, across from the Armory and fairgrounds..
