U.S. AG Secretary Brooke Rollins says the effort to eliminate the screw worm population is working and at-risk ports along the southern border are going to be reopened for cattle, bison and horses from Mexico as early as Monday, July 7th. She says progress has been made in several critical areas since the ports were closed on May 11th, including resolution of challenges with conducting flights in Mexico that has allowed our team to consistently conduct sterile National Weather Service Fly Dispersal 7 days each week and dispersal of more than 100 million flies each week.
