The city of Ottawa has another new housing development on the north side. The multi house project is called Woodridge Estates. At a recent city commission meeting, Ottawa Finance Director Melanie Landis described the homes:
The Ottawa City Commission approved the new development as part of a Rural Housing Incentive District, recognizing the need for increased housing in Ottawa and Franklin County as a whole.
