Apparently, there is an issue with public nudity in Linn Cunty. I don’t have any examples, but the Linn County Commissioner recently passed a resolution banning public nudity. The resolution was fairly explicit in what the definition of nudity is. It states that they forbid nudity on public property or outside a home on private property when visible to others. It defines nudity as a genital or anal exposure, as well as exposure below horizontal line crossing the top of the female areola at it’s highest point with less than a full opaque covering. There were exceptions made for nudity of young children. Apparently, there was an incident recently that involved a man mowing his lawn in the nude that was witnessed by several people including some children.
